A Gantt chart is a type of bar chart, adapted by Karol Adamiecki in 1896 and reiterated by Henry Gantt in the 1910s, that illustrates a project schedule. Gantt charts illustrate the start and finish dates of the terminal elements and summary elements of a project.

A burn up chart, or burnup chart, tracks progress towards a projects completion. In the simplest form of burn up chart there are two lines on the chart: A total work line (the project scope line) A work completed line.

Whereas, Customer relationship management (CRM) refers to the principles, practices and guidelines that an organization follows when interacting with its customers. From the organization’s point of view, this entire relationship encompasses direct interactions with customers, such as sales and service-related processes, and
forecasting and analysis of
customer trends and behaviours. Ultimately, CRM serves to enhance customer experience .
With these systems in place one can easily achieve business process automation (BPA), which is the strategy a business uses to automate processes in order to contain costs. It consists of integrating applications, restructuring labor resources and using software applications throughout the organization.
